As a former athlete and certified personal trainer, Holly developed an interest in the impact of exercise, physical activity, nutrition, and healthy habits on general wellness and mental health. Holly has experience helping clients of all ages with anxiety, depression, life transitions, body image/self-esteem issues, disordered eating, stress, ADHD, school issues, relationship issues, and is an ally for the LGBTQ+ community.

Holly believes in approaching each client in a holistic manner and as a unique individual. She does so by using a combination of psychodynamic therapy to  better understand their past and how it is contributing to current challenges, as well as CBT and solution-focused models to foster cognitive and behavioral changes, and an improvement in overall functioning. In addition, where needed, Holly likes to incorporate interventions that help with developing healthier habits, goal setting, skill-building, coping strategies, mindfulness/being present, stress management, boundary setting, self-care, identifying one's individual strengths, increasing positivity, and improving communication with others.

When not working, Holly enjoys travel, hiking, camping, bike rides, photography, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
