Tammy Andrade, LCSW, is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support. She earned her Master’s degree from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work and her Bachelor’s degree in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, Tammy proudly brings a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to her work. With experience across schools, family centers, residential facilities, and the justice system, she has worked with diverse populations facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Tammy specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation, major life transitions, separation, and co-occurring mental health concerns. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and understood.

Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and incorporates evidence-based practices including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Play Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Tammy’s mission is to help clients build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create more balanced, fulfilling lives while feeling supported every step of the way.
