Dr. Victoria Kelly is a licensed clinical psychologist in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania (PS019800). She received both her masters and her doctorate in clinical psychology from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She completed her pre-doctoral psychology internship at Penn Medicine Princeton House Behavioral Health’s intensive outpatient adult and women’s programs. Upon completion of her doctorate, Victoria began her time at ITI-NJ as a postdoctoral therapist prior to receiving her psychologist licensure.
Victoria has experience providing therapy services to clients in inpatient, residential, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. Her areas of expertise include substance abuse, emotional dysregulation, relationships, mood disorders, anxiety, women’s issues, emotional eating, and stress management. Victoria is integrative in approach to therapy, generally with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She helps her clients to explore the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while integrating client values and beliefs in pursuit of values-based living. Victoria works to collaborate and empower clients in a safe, supportive environment that balances both acceptance and change. Victoria is a member of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey Psychological Associations as well as the American Psychological Association (APA).
