Adrina has experience working with individuals throughout the life span within educational settings and private counseling group practices, bringing extensive knowledge of human development and learning to her practice. She primarily works with adults ages 21+, women, families and couples addressing anxiety, stress, self-esteem, sleep issues, emotional regulation, time management, goal-setting, adulting, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, parenting concerns, career exploration, and overall health and wellness. She is especially passionate about supporting women’s issues throughout all stages of life.

In addition to her counseling expertise, Adrina is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Indigo Yoga and a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN). She integrates these wellness practices into her work, combining traditional therapy techniques—including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, narrative therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, stance theory, and psychoeducation—with somatic tools that support holistic mind-body well-being. Her warm and empathetic approach provides a safe space for clients to explore challenges, build on strengths, and achieve their personal goals.
