Daniela Rego, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University, and her Master of Social Work degree from New York University. She has more than a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents, providing individual and group therapy.
Daniela is a holistic therapist. The aim of her work is to address and understand the whole client within their complex systems, including the client’s physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and financial health. Daniela strongly believes that helping the client to heal their whole selves in mind-body-spirit can help bring out the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
Daniela’s ultimate goal for her clients is to create a safe and compassionate space for them to heal. Incorporating a person-centered approach including evidenced-based practices, Daniela assists the clients she serves in navigating all of the challenges of life facing them.
