Jessica Repko, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Walden University and holds an undergraduate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Jessica brings a wealth of transformative experience from her time in community mental and behavioral health. She has years of experience in substance use treatment, has aided in the development and facilitation of an early intervention substance use service for youth throughout the city of Philadelphia and more recently has worked as a direct care therapist for youth and adults in New Jersey. Jessica is highly skilled in providing dynamic support for a wide range of needs, including navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, substance use disorders, co-occurring diagnoses, domestic violence, coping with chronic diagnoses, neurodivergence and supporting individuals through major life transitions. She is passionate about empowering youth, adolescents and adults using a trauma-informed and culturally competent perspective.
Jessica's approach to therapy is proactive, conversational, and highly collaborative, ensuring your sessions feel like a partnership built on mutual trust. She integrates modern methodologies through a foundational humanistic perspective, drawing on tools like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to aid in the work. Jessica's ultimate goal is to foster long-lasting, positive growth by meeting you exactly where you are and helping you develop a sense of deep self-discovery and empowerment. She is committed to providing a safe, warm, transparent and non-judgmental space where you can tackle whatever challenges life throws at you and create the future you deserve. Jessica is currently working under the clinical supervision of Desiree Ramos, LCSW.
