Biography for Pamela Schott, LCSW.

Pamela A Schott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 31 years of experience in the field. She earned her graduate degree at Rutgers University School of Social Work and her Bachelors of Science degree in Education from Seton Hall University. Pamela earned a CPM certificate from the State of New Jersey and Fairleigh Dickinson as a Certified Public Manager. She holds a certificate as a Clinical Supervisor, which allows her to supervise MSWs pursuing licensure and also holds her Seminar in Field Instruction certificate, allowing her to supervise Bachelors level students pursuing their Masters degree.

Pamela has worked with diverse populations including military members and their families, victims of crime and domestic violence, youth and their parents, crisis intervention, and disaster response teams. She incorporates various treatment styles including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Solution Focus, Mindfulness, and Family Systems principles into her work with clients. Pamela’s approach is compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental and client-centered, while also being solution-focused.
