Biography for Brooke Sikorski, LCSW.

Brooke Sikorski, LCSW received her LSW from Rutgers, The State University of NJ in 2007. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology from The Richard Stockton College of NJ.

Brooke’s foundation and experience began in a residential group home setting prior to attaining her Master’s degree. Since 2007, Brooke has worked in a community behavioral health setting beginning as an outpatient clinician and moving into an administrative role in the past decade. Brooke’s focus has been to stay attune to the changing service needs to the community at large and shifting approaches to care for underserved and under-represented populations and enhancing treatment services available to meet those needs. She has taken a strong focus in the treatment and recovery of trauma related challenges. Brooke has a strong interest in working with adolescents, law enforcement, and first responders. She uses a combination of approaches to engage individuals and adjusts and acclimates to the individual she is working with and feels firmly that the establishment of the therapeutic relationship is the strongest indicator for successful treatment outcomes.
