Brooke Sikorski, LCSW received her LSW from Rutgers, The State University of NJ in 2007. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology from The Richard Stockton College of NJ.
Brooke’s foundation and experience began in a residential group home setting prior to attaining her Master’s degree. Since 2007, Brooke has worked in a community behavioral health setting beginning as an outpatient clinician and moving into an administrative role in the past decade. Brooke’s focus has been to stay attune to the changing service needs to the community at large and shifting approaches to care for underserved and under-represented populations and enhancing treatment services available to meet those needs. She has taken a strong focus in the treatment and recovery of trauma related challenges and has been trained in EMDR and CPT. She uses a combination of approaches to engage individuals in care that have a primary foundation in CBT. She has experience in working with the Youth Service Commission and has a passion in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. She is pursuing steps in attaining her LCADC in an effort to enhance her treatment practices to serve a larger co-occurring population.
