Jennie Weiss, LSW

Jennie Weiss, MSW, LSW, is a licensed social worker who earned her graduate degree from Temple University’s Graduate School of Social Work. She is gaining supervised experience under a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to obtain the required hours to become an LCSW.

Jennie has experience providing care in an outpatient mental health setting and school-based therapy services for youth. Jennie’s experience also includes eight years in the legal field assisting individuals and families related to child welfare, domestic violence support, and housing assistance. Jennie specializes in working with adults with a range of therapeutic concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity exploration, career shifts, family conflict, and grief and loss

Jennie enjoys utilizing therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems Theory, mindfulness techniques and Psychodynamic Therapy. Jennie also utilizes a strengths-based and non-judgmental approach to hlp clients gain inner awareness and develop healthier internal relationships with themselves. Jennie is under the supervision of William DiGennaro, LCSW, as she continues her path toward full licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
