Adam Frese, LAC holds a master’s degree and an Educational Services degree from Seton Hall University. Adam enjoys working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence‑related challenges, trauma, LGBTQIA+ experiences, identity exploration, depression, grief, interpersonal difficulties, and anger.
His approach is deeply client‑centered and collaborative. Adam approaches therapy with a genuine belief that people thrive when they feel understood, supported, and met exactly where they are. He draws from Person‑Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness practices, and trauma‑informed care to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
Laid back and conversational in style, Adam focuses on helping clients understand themselves more fully so they can move forward in confident, meaningful ways. He believes we’re all doing the best we can, and he is committed to supporting clients on their journey toward growth, clarity, and their full potential. Adam is working under the supervision of Belinda Amatekpor, LPC.
