“I have been a therapist for over twenty years, and my areas of focus are anxiety, depression, life transitions, and addictions. I believe that the goal of therapy is to create a stronger and more resilient you. We all have strengths and weaknesses, but when times are hard those weaknesses can seem more evident than the strengths. I believe that at its best, therapy can be an enlightening, strengthening and mind and soul nourishing experience. I believe in you and your abilities.”
