Her work is also informed by a consideration of the mind-body connection and by adopting a holistic lens through which she view issues being explored in sessions. Her approach is also grounded on Courtney’s certification as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she learned to coach clients striving to achieve their health and wellness goals from a holistic perspective.
Courtney believes that everyone can benefit from having an ongoing and supportive therapeutic relationship, which she views as a collaborative alliance based on trust, empathy, and validation. She provides an open, warm, and compassionate space to help her clients discover and enhance their inner strengths as they work toward their goals and achieve happier, healthier lives.
