Ashley believes that therapy should be holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered, with collaboration with the client to identify specific goals for treatment that are continually reevaluated. Ashley’s approach is non-judgmental and empathetic, and her desire is to create a safe space for her clients in which they feel supported and comfortable to express themselves freely. Ashley’s primary style is psychodynamic, as she believes addressing and healing from past experiences can often help improve overall emotional and interpersonal health.
